Government Office Building, Linthicum, MD

Project involved build out of approximately 100,000 square feet of office space with approximately 8,000 square feet of Data Center. The scope of work included refurbishment of ten (10) existing rooftop air conditioners, installation of all new ductwork through out the building, installing 140 new VAV boxes, installation of forty-five (45) water cooled package units, new glycol risers, installation of six (6) new 20-ton computer room air conditioners, and the installation of a new DDC control system.

Financial Building, Baltimore, MD

Project involved the installation two new chillers, two drycoolers for free cooling, a heat exchanger, six (6) computer room air conditioners, chilled water risers, ductwork, and DDC control system.

High Rise Multi-Family Condominium, Fairfax, VA

This project involved the replacement of over 1300 fan coil units, replacement of all bathroom fixtures.

High Rise Condominium, Washington, DC

Replacement of 580 fan coil units and twenty-two (22) sets of riser piping.

High Rise Condominium Complex, Rockville, MD

Replacement of two large boilers including new pumps and piping revisions.

Quality and response have enabled us to develop initial opportunities into relationships where we support entire portfolios for customers. Services include new installations, repair and maintenance, and retrofits of existing equipment.

Large Property Management Firm, Columbia, MD

CTS Services currently provides preventive maintenance and 24 hour emergency service for a portfolio of eighteen buildings totaling over 1 million square feet in the Baltimore/Washington area. The systems in these buildings include split systems, rooftop units, VAV boxes, computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units, cooling towers, pumps, chillers, boilers, water cooled package units, and smoke exhaust systems.

Federal Government Agency, Springfield, VA

CTS Services currently provides preventive maintenance and 24 hour emergency service for mechanical, UPS systems, battery systems, diesel generators, and fire protection systems in an existing 30,000 square foot data center.
