TOWER REPLACEMENT & REPAIR PROJECTS

High Rise Office Building, Washington, DC

This project required the existing systems to be removed, replaced and put back into service over a time frame of one weekend in order to meet tenant requirements. Included was the installation of three indoor stainless steel Evapco cooling towers, the associated variable frequency drives, and air discharge duct, valves, piping and insulation.

Included the installation of two stainless steel Evapco cooling towers, the associated structural steel, vibration isolation, valves, piping, insulation, solids separator system, and variable frequency drives. The project required the existing systems to be removed, replaced and put back into service over a time frame of one weekend in order to meet tenant requirements.

Multi-Family High Rise Complex, Alexandria, VA

This project included the installation of three stainless steel Evapco cooling towers, the associated structural steel, vibration isolation, valves, piping, insulation, and required engineered drawings. All work was completed on a limited time frame with a three day turnaround.
