The CTS Services team of professionals provides installations, preventive maintenance, and service for all types of mechanical systems. These systems include cooling towers, air handling units, package rooftop units, chillers, boilers, computer room air conditioners, heat exchangers, pumps, and drycoolers.

Our fabrication division has completed many projects that include pump skid fabrication, fabrication of piping headers, pipe stands, rails, platforms, ramps, and equipment dunnage.

Typical projects include design/build of mission critical facilities, replacement of cooling towers, air handlers, rooftop a/c units, and fan coil units.  Many of our projects are time sensitive or require all work to be performed over a single weekend or on a condensed schedule. Our capability of completing these time sensitive and mission sensitive projects have made us a leader in the mechanical field in the Baltimore and Washington, DC markets.
